These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Neqra mobile application ("App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Neqra provides access to Quranic text, transliterations, translations, and audio recitations for personal learning and worship. Features may include offline downloads and premium subscription content.
2. Accounts and one device per account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. Unless we allow otherwise, each account may be registered to a single mobile device at a time.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Some content requires Premium. Prices and payment methods are shown before purchase. Third-party payment terms may apply. Premium access for manual payments begins after we confirm your receipt.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to redistribute app content commercially, attack our systems, share accounts to bypass limits, or misuse the App unlawfully. Quranic materials remain subject to their publishers' rights.
5. Intellectual property and offline content
We grant you a limited license for personal, non-commercial use. Downloaded surahs are for personal offline use within the App.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided "as is." We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
7. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia except where mandatory consumer protections apply. Contact us via the About screen.
